Telephone Orientation Program

The Telephone Orientation Program (TOP) is a one-on-one phone based program with our dedicated ZMC service advisors designed to help new dealers and distributors become familiarized with their ZMC product lineup. The purpose of the TOP is to provide set up and maintenance techniques, as well as to provide assistance with any questions you or your dealers may encounter upon initial assembly of each ZMC model.

Telephone Technical Support

The Telephone Technical Support program (TTS), is a one-on-one phone based program with our ZMC service advisors designed to help dealers and distributors maintain a continual quality of set up and maintenance for all ZMC representatives. The program is in place to provide set up or maintenance advice that may be helpful after the expiry of the TOP program discussed above.

Online Video Training Segments

Online Video Training Segments will begin production in 2008. These videos illustrate Pre-Deliver Assembly and Inspection methods, maintenance techniques, repair advice and product updates for all ZMC product line-ups. Videos will be viewable directly from Zoomscope.ca. These videos are free of charge and available to ZMC Dealers and Distributors only.

Online PDI Manuals & Maintenance Schedules

Online Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) manuals and maintenance schedules are available in print and online format. Online PDI Manuals & Maintenance Schedules will be available in PDF format to support distributors & dealers in the set up and preparation of machines for consumer use. The schedules will be updated on an annual basis and with the release of every new model.
